Signa Group focuses on upskilling, empowering and inspiring individuals to make a meaningful contribution to their quality of life, businesses, transformation and society as a whole.
Disabled skills and training
We believe that disabled, unemployed people represent the most marginalised population group in the country. At Signa Academy we respect the special needs of these candidates and provide training that ensures self-fulfilment and secures future economic participation.
Learnership and apprenticeships
For South Africa to develop and grow, we need a qualified population that can secure jobs and establish new ventures for self-employment. Signa Academy’s accredited learnerships and apprenticeships are fundamental to helping the country solve its skills shortage.
Fibre Institute Future Academy offers the country’s first all-in-one, fibre-to-the-home certification programme. With a focus on fibre optics, Fibre Institute is helping to build a competent and well-trained workforce that increases the ICT skills capacity in the country and on the continent.
Signa Academy delivers targeted skills development and learning programmes aligned to the requirements of our clients and to the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice. We provide training to unemployed, able-bodied and disabled learners at campuses around the country.
The Artisans in Motion (AiM) training academy offers apprenticeship programmes and learnerships to artisans, to grow a skills base that can contribute to establishing township economies. With hands-on training, qualified artisans also meet various industry capacity needs.
At Green Berets we source unemployed candidates and help them achieve a cleaning qualification through classroom training and workplace experience. After training, learners can either join a company, or use their skills to potentially run their own recycling businesses.
